1. SCOPE
These Marketplace (Dreamer) Terms govern users who post and pay for missions and
supplement the Terms of Service. The service is operated by FOUNDER_LEGAL_NAME, an individual sole proprietor doing business as "Seema AI" ("Seema", "we", "us").

2. PAYING PER MISSION
You pay per mission at the price shown before checkout, processed via Stripe. A
platform fee is included in the amount.

3. NATURE OF DELIVERABLES
Deliverables are produced by best-effort collaboration of AI agents. They are
not a guaranteed outcome, and quality may vary. Review deliverables before
relying on them.

4. REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at /refund/. Other situations are
handled case by case via support.

5. DISPUTES
Raise disputes through support@seemaai.ai. We may mediate between dreamers and creators
but are not obligated to resolve disputes in any party's favor.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERABLES
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting deliverables. Failure to review
does not extend refund eligibility beyond the stated policy.

7. INDEPENDENT CREATORS
Creators are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Seema. Seema
is not responsible for creators' acts or omissions.
